Truly get to know your customers as well as employees

Part of the LBM methodology learns you how to do Lean Market Research (LMR) as well as research needed within the company for internal oriented activities. LMR learns you how to do free or very low-cost way of getting true honest answers (information) from your future customers as well your employees needed for success of projects. Your employees are in this sense also customers of some deliverables that internal projects bring (new processes, system, reorg). From this information you create customer persona profiles including their functional, emotional, and social needs.
